The SunSi Energies management team is comprised of successful business leaders and professionals. This team possesses the experience and expertise necessary to direct the company's growth strategy while continually looking for innovative ways to meet the needs of its employees, clients and investors.
- Richard St-Julien
Chairman – Member of the Board of Directors.
Richard has a great deal of success and experience as a practicing attorney in the areas of Commercial and International Law. In addition, Richard has been involved in numerous business ventures as an entrepreneur in Canada, the U.S., China and other countries.
- David Natan
President, Chief Executive Officer - Member of the Board of Directors.
David has served as Chief Financial Officer for five U.S. public companies and was appointed SunSi's Chief Executive Officer in December 2010. David retains extensive knowledge of the unique public company operations and management and has direct experience with the AMEX and NASDAQ trading platforms.
- Jason Williams
Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining SunSi, Mr. Williams was President of WM Consulting LLC, a business advisory firm. Mr. Williams has significant financial and operational experience with publicly traded companies, most recently Protective Products of America, Inc., where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. As Corporate Controller and Director of Reporting & Analysis at PharmaNet Development Group, Inc., a NASDAQ–listed company he was an integral part of the management team that facilitated a tenfold increase in revenue and a market capitalization rise from $150 million to $800 million during a three year period. His early career experience includes positions of increasing responsibility at Patagon.com, Inc., vFinance, Inc. and BISYS Regulatory Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Florida Atlantic University.
- Yifeng Song
Vice President of Global Development.
Yifeng possesses considerable Big 4 international consulting experience. Much of Yifeng's expertise is in the energy-efficient and green technologies arenas. Yifeng speaks a number of languages including Mandarin.
- Kebir Ratnani
Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Ratnani has enjoyed a 30-year career in the natural gas, electricity, windmill, wastewater and water sectors. During this time, he has assumed key managerial and technical functions and is currently employed in an executive role at one of the leading engineering and construction groups in the world.
- David Vanderhorst
Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Vanderhorst is a seasoned financial executive with 24 years of extensive experience in accounting, finance, corporate operations and executive-level management. Since 2002, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Taitron Components, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed semiconductor distribution and engineering services company with offices and operations in the U.S., Mexico, and China.
- Adrian Auman
Member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Auman is Corporate Vice President Investor Relations and Special Projects at Orbotech, Ltd a NASDAQ company that manufactures yield-enhancing and production solutions for the supply chain of the electronics industry. Orbotech is a leader in its industry, generating more than $500 million annually in revenue, with offices in the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, including multiple offices in China. Prior to this position he served in various roles at Orbotech including Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations. He is a certified public accountant in Israel and the US.
Wendeng Management Team:
Wendeng benefits from the experience and technology expertise of Zhang Fahe. Mr. Zhang brings over 30 years of experience in the Chinese chemical industry, 10 of which has been honed working with TCS. During that time, he has directly contributed to the development of advanced TCS production technologies through the optimization of key technological processes. He has also designed various TCS facilities, including the Wendeng campus.
Baokai and ZBC Management Team:
The production facility management team in China is led by Mr. Yihua Song. This team holds a combined work history of over 30 years with the organization. Stability and future growth are ensured by keeping this knowledgeable and experienced team in place to manage the day-to-day operations.
He currently holds the positions of general manager and corporate representative of the Zibo Baoyun Chemical Plant. Mr. Song is a graduate of Tianjin University, where he majored in chemical engineering and economics.
Leading Experts
SunSi values the support of two Chinese leading experts in the field of Trichlorosilane: Song Bao Dong, Associate professor at Tianjin University and Han Dong Bing, Associate Researcher at Yantai University. Their primary fields of research are chemical separation and enzyme technology and act as scientific and engineering consultants to SunSi on a regular basis.
