Company Overview
Wendeng He Xie Silicon Co. Ltd.
Wendeng He Xie Silicon ("Wendeng") is a TCS production company located in the Shandong province of China, close to strategic ports, including Weihai and Qingdao. The company started producing TCS in 2009 and benefits from the experience of a leading expert in TCS production. Mr. Zhang Fahe, who designed and currently manages the He Xie facility, is a TCS expert with over 30 years of experience in the Chinese chemical industry. Mr. Fahe has been working in the TCS field since 2001 where he developed and perfected high purity and efficient TCS production technologies. Mr. Fahe was recently named SunSi's Director of Technology.
Wendeng has two major clients to which it sells much of its current production. The facility is easily accessible via rail and major highways, in addition to being well equipped for handling chemical products.
Zibo Baokai Commerce and Trade Co.
Zibo Baokai Commerce and Trade Co. ("Baokai") owns the exclusive worldwide distribution rights to sell all the TCS produced by Zibo Baoyun Chemical plant ("ZBC"). Under the terms of the agreement, ZBC sells its entire TCS production to Baokai, who, in turn, resells it at a pre-determined price.
Zibo Baoyun Chemical Plant
The Zibo Baoyun Chemical plant (ZBC) is strategically located in the Shandong province of China. Founded in 2000, the Zibo Baoyun Chemical facility was originally a wholly-owned subsidiary of Baoxin Mining Company that focused on the research, development, production and marketing of organic silicon products. In 2003, the company obtained its license to produce TCS and began the construction of a new facility, which was built on a 24-acre property located in the city of Zibo, Shandong Province, China (approximately 50 miles east of Jinan).
The company began producing TCS in 2005 and sold approximately 67 MT of this new production. The company's production increased to over 500 MT in 2006 and to 2,000 MT the following year. In late 2007, the company began increasing the size of its production facility which was ultimately completed in late 2008. This expansion triggered, during that year, an almost 3x increase of TCS production (6,000 MT). The company's new production line brings the facility to its present nameplate capacity of 25,000 MT per year. At the same location, the company also produces Silicon Tetrachloride, Phosphorous Trichloride and Phosphorous Oxychloride.
The company is ISO9001 certified and employs over 150 people, including two renowned organic silicon experts. The expertise, commitment and dedication of its employees have allowed the company to only produce the highest quality products which has earned the company an outstanding reputation among its domestic and foreign customers. Additionally, the company owns and operates a transportation firm which transports its products to clients located in China.
