Our Products
Trichlorosilane (TCS), produced in our facilities,
is the most important core material for producing high purity silicon used
in semiconductor chips and solar cells.
TCS is the main ingredient in the production of Polycrystalline Silicone
(Polysilicon), the key feedstock for almost all of the solar cells and
modules produced today. Silicon-based Photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules
accounted for over 75% of all of the PV production in 2009.
